The petitioner herein has challenged the Order dated 19th May, 2016 whereby the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gr. Bombay has dismissed the Misc. Application No.195 of 2016 for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the revision application. 2.

With consent of both the parties, and also considering the grounds set up in the petition, the petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 19th May, 2016 is set aside. Consequently, the delay in filing the revision application is condoned. Revision application be registered.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of pps

33 wp 3770-16.doc the revision application. The learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same on its own merits.

Parties to appear before the Sessions Court on 20th November, 2017.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
