By an order dated 4th March, 2015, this Court had modified the order dated 25/11/2013 passed by the Coordinate bench (Coram : Smt. R.P. Sondurbaldota, J) and had directed that the Talwalkar 1/2

2p.appa1363.15.sxw applicant be enlarged on cash bail of Rs. 15,000/- for a period of 6 weeks.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that due to paucity of funds, the applicant could furnish cash bail only on 10/9/2015 and despite there being an order granting bail, the applicant could not be enlarged on bail.

By this application, applicant seeks time to furnish surety. Time as prayed for is granted. The application is allowed. The applicant shall furnish surety within 8 weeks from today. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
