Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, at the outset, tendered the report dated 9th June, 2017, of the Senior Police Inspector, Protection Branch-1, Mumbai. The report shows that the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, has granted round-the-clock police protection to petitioner No.1Vandana Ashok Lokhare, her son - Arvind Lokhare as well as the eyewitnesses viz. Vasant Sarang and Venkatesh Siddappa Gollar, free of cost. The said report is taken on record.
