Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants. He submits that the sole Appellant passed away on 16.07.2018. The Applicants are legal heirs of the deceased Appellant. They seek permission to substitute themselves as Appellants in this matter.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there is no impediment for legal heirs of the deceased Appellant to substitute themselves on record in the cause title of the proceeding of the Second Appeal filed on behalf of deceased Appellant. Hence Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) . Applicants shall carry out requisite amendment within two weeks.
