The Interim Application seeks an order of withdrawn of an amount of Rs. 5 crores deposited by the Petitioner/Applicant persuant to an order dated 22nd February 2018. That deposit was made by demand draft dated 6th March 2018. On that basis execution proceedings were stayed. The Petition was disposed of on 4th October 2021 quashing the impugned orders. 11th March 2022

It is in these circumstances that the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the amount of Rs. 5 crores deposited with the Registrar Judicial - I/ Nazir Branch. The IA is made absolute. The refund is to include all accrued interest if any. The remittance is to be made by online transfer to an account to be nominated by the Advocates for the Petitioners.

The Interim Application is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
