The only substantive relief sought in this petition is to direct the sixth respondent- Appellate Authority to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner in the year 2018. If the petitioner wants an out of turn hearing of his appeal, he has to make an application to the sixth respondent making out a case for out of turn hearing. If such an application is made, the sixth respondent is bound to decide the same in accordance with law. Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of.
