This is an Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No. I-264 of 2019 registered with the Dombivali Railway Police Station, Dombivali for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated that the Applicant has complied with the said condition and co-operated with the investigation. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that charge-sheet has been filed and that the Applicant has been released on regular bail. 3.
