Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to comply with the order dated 30/09/2016. He submits that Petitioner has kept ready draft of Rs.70,000/- and they tried to deposit with the Respondent No.1. He

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that they required extension till 05/11/2016 to comply the order dated 30/09/2016 i.e. to pay sum of Rs.36,58,030/- and other charges to the Respondent No.1.

At the request of advocate for the Petitioner, as last chance time is granted till 05/11/2016 to comply with the order dated 30/09/2016 failing which Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without back reference to the Court.

If the compliance is made within stipulated time, office is directed to place the matter on board for further orders on 25/11/2016.
