1) The applicants are granted interim relief by an oder dated 25.10.2016.
2) It is the allegation of the prosecution that the applicant in ABA No.1885/2016 Chairman of the Co-op. Housing Society forged a letter of the police authority in respect of completion of erection work of lift. The applicant in ABA NO.1889/2016 is the contractor to whom the work of erection of life was allotted by the society. It is revealed during the course of investigation that the applicant-Pamnani used a photo copy of the permission granted to some other society and by applying the whitener hexed out the name of the earlier beneficiary and put the name of his society. It appears from the papers of investigation that the investigation is practically completed and after taking into consideration the peculiar facts
2 /2ABA-1889-1885-16-9 of the present case, I am of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. In view therefore, the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail. 3) The interim relief granted by an order dated 25.10.2016 is hereby confirmed.
4) The applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
