When this writ petition application was called out in the morning session, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore it was kept back. Now, matter is again called out in the afternoon session. However, at the second call also none appears for the petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for default.
