1) The applicant was granted interim relief by an order dated 25.10.2016. The reasons for grant of interim relief are mentioned in the said order.

2) In pursuance of the order dated 3.4.2017 the Investigation Officer has filed a detailed affidavit and has explained the circumstances leading to the situation mentioned in the said order. The explanation given by the Investigation Officer is accepted.

3) In view of the reasons mentioned in the order dated 25.10.2016 the interim relief is hereby confirmed subject to following directions.

a) The applicant is directed to attend the Investigation Officer from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and to join the process of investigation till the submission of the final report or charge sheet.
