Present Petition is filed for quashing of FIR No. 526 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction. That, the said case has now numbered as Sessions Case No. 1003 of 2022.

He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge or to contest the said case before the trial Court, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. Leave and liberty granted.
