Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a communication addressed by one Ratnakar Chandorkar, the petitioner in Writ Petition No.10057 of 2009, informing him that he is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition for reasons stated therein. The said document is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the light of the said instructions received by learned counsel for the petitioner, both the writ petitions are sought to be withdrawn as nothing remains to be adjudicated in the said writ petitions on account of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

In the wake of the aforesaid settlement, the writ petitions are permitted to be withdrawn and are disposed of, as such. 3.

In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, all pending civil applications, also stand disposed of.
