The petitioner has raised two grievances in her application addressed to the learned Chief Justice of High Court of Bombay. Firstly danger to her life in the jail, secondly she was not given proper treatment. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that subsequent to filing of this application, the petitioner has been released on bail on 14.01.2015.
