The learned counsel for the Applicant/Assurance Company prays that the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 16th December, 2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 257 of 2005 be stayed. He submits that the execution proceeding are initiated against the Assurance Company. He submitted that the Assurance Company is ready to deposit the amount.

Considering the above submissions, the effect and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16th December, 2014 is hereby stayed for eight weeks subject to the Assurance company to deposit the entire amount along with the interest accrued thereon within six weeks before the Tribunal.

Accordingly the Civil Application stands disposed of.
