Rule. By consent rule is made returnable forthwith. 3.

The Petitioner preferred an application for parole on the ground of illness of his wife. Said application came to be rejected on 11.12.2013. It is seen that thereafter on 11.4.2015 the Petitioner was released on furlough. Therefore, during the period that he was on furlough he could very well take care of his wife. In addition the Petitioner was released on parole on 5.10.2015 to 4.1.2016. Looking to the fact that he has been released on parole Megha 1/2

5_wp_4352_2014 on 5.10.2015 no case is made out for interference. Hence, rule is discharged.
