DATED : 3rd DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel has invited my attention to the order dated 9th October 2021 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Solapur which record as under :- "Petitioner along with his advocate present. He filed pursis at Exh.26 seeking withdrawal of this petition stating that amicable settlement has taken place and the spouses have decided to resume cohabitation in Petition A-282-18 pending in Family Court, Solapur. Upon asking, he admits the contents of Exh.26 to be true, correct and voluntary. Hence, in view of Ex.26, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn unconditionally.
