The petitioner to pay Rs.25,000/- towards maintenance of the wife and daughter. The petitioner to pay the maintenance of the building and the society along with property tax from September 2019. the lumpsum maintenance of Rs.25,000/- be directly transferred into the account of the respondent every month before 10th of each month. Besides the maintenance for the building, society and property tax the petitioner is not liable to pay any other additional encumbrance. 3.
