Parties and their Advocates shall appear before the Appellate Authority tomorrow i.e 31.12.2021 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matters. If the Appellate Authority is not functioning on 31.12.2021, then such exercise shall be carried out on 03.01.2022.

Affidavits-in-Reply to the Applications for condonation of delay as well as Appeals be filed by 03.01.2022. In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken by the concerned Authorities. 4.

Needless to add that the Appellate Authority shall decide the Applications / Appeals as per the provisions of law and without being influenced by this order.
