Prayer (b) of this petition reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire record and proceedings in respect of the change report No.ACC I/2352 of 1994 pending the file of the Asst. Charity Commissioner and thereby direct him to decide the same within a period of one month".

The remedy of the petitioner is to move the concerned learned Assistant Charity Commissioner before whom the change report is pending for giving priority to the hearing of the change report. If a case is made out for giving priority, we are sure that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner shall pass appropriate order. Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of.
