Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26th July, 2018 passed in bail application No. 2573 of 2017. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security, in lieu of surety for a period of four weeks. In pursuant to the order granting bail, the applicant had availed off bail by furnishing cash security. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that surety has been presented before the trial Court and the verification report is also received by the trial Court. Since the time to furnish surety has lapsed the trial Court has not proceeded with the application for surety.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the facility of cash facility is further extended by three weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety within a period of three weeks in accordance with the order dated 26th July, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2573 of 2017.

Criminal Application stands disposed off.
