The learned APP on instructions states that charge-sheet has been filed on 16 March 2016. The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Applicant is not served with a copy of the charge-sheet. We direct the first Respondent to supply a copy of the charge-sheet to the Applicant.

In view of filing of charge-sheet, this Application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the first Information Report need not be entertained as the Applicant will have a remedy before the appropriate Court.
