ssm 2 17-19-20-wp12100.13gp.sxw Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the parties.
We are inclined to dispose of all these Writ Petitions by common order as the issues are same and so also the reliefs so prayed. Without observing anything on merits, at this stage, we are directing the Petitioners to file fresh representation along with all supporting documents, including the annexures so referred in the Writ Petitions with details, so that the Respondent-State can consider the cases of the Petitioners in accordance with law, as early as possible, as the Petitioners have been agitating the issues since long. The papers are missing in the Government record.
Therefore, instead of keeping all these Petitions pending, the Petitioners are permitted to file fresh representations within four weeks and the concerned Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law, preferably within four months thereafter. All the Petitions are accordingly disposed of with liberty. Rule disposed of accordingly.
All points are kept open.
There shall be no order as to costs.
