Learned APP, on instructions of PSI - P. K. Kanhare, Vita Police Station, Sangli, who is present in Court, states that the police will be filing a 169 report in C.R. No.477 of 2022, registered with the Vita Police Station, Sangli, against the petitioners in both the petitions. Learned APP has tendered a report of the Superintendent of Police, Sangli, dated 12th January 2023, evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid report tendered by the learned APP, learned counsel for the respective petitioners in both the petitions seek leave to withdraw the said petitions. 3.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

We make it clear, that we have not heard the aforesaid petitions on merits.
