The Applicants have filed these applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C. apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 143 of 2021 registered at Koregaon Park Police Station, and Crime No. 438 of 2021 registered with Chatursinghi Police Station, Pune, for offences under Section 384, 385, 420, 120-B, r/w. 34 of IPC. 2.
It is stated that the crime registered at Chatursinghi Police
Station has been transferred to Koregaon Park Police Station. 3.
Heard Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Mulekar, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties .

Learned APP has placed on record report submitted by the Sr. P.I. Koregaron Park Police Station, stating that upon investigation it was revealed that the dispute was of civil nature and hence "C" Summary has been filed before the JMFC, Pune. 5.
The Complainant has not yet received notice from the JMFC, Pune as regards filing of C Summary. Learned Counsel for the Applicant apprehends that the Applicants may be arrested in the event the Magistrate does not accept "C" Summary report and directs further investigation. In view of the said apprehension expressed by the Applications, the following order is passed. (ii) In the event of Magistrate rejects the C Summary and Orders further investigation, and further in the event of arrest of the abovenamed Applicants in Crime 143 of 2021 registered at Koregaon Park Police Station, and Crime No. 438 of 2021 registered with Chatursinghi Police Station, Pune, the Applicants
are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) each with one or two sureties in the like amount,;
(ii) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation and interrogation.
(iii) The The applicant shall not interfere with the complainant and the other witnesses in any manner. (iv) The Applicant shall provide their permanent as well as temporary address, if any, and contact details to the Investigating Officer.
(v) The Applicant shall not change their residential address without prior intimation to the Investigation Officer. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
