This is an application for bail through jail filed by the applicant on 19/08/2022. The applicant has also prayed for some other consequential relief. I am informed that the trial is over and the applicant has been convicted by the judgment and order dated 29/04/2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Thane in Sessions Case No. 162 of 2017. Present application which is filed pursuant to the order dated 29/04/2022 is therefore misconceived. Keeping liberty of the applicant open to adopt appropriate remedy, present application is disposed of.
