As against the impugned order, revision would lie to the State Government under section 257 of the Code. Accordingly it is not necessary to entertain the present petitions. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would institute revision petition within ten days from today. If such revision petition is instituted within ten days from today, then the same shall be considered by the State Government on its own merits without adverting to the issue of limitation. This is because the present petitions had been instituted by the petitioners on 14th November, 2014 which was well within the period of limitation prescribed under the Code for institution of revision petition.
4.
Except for the aforesaid, it is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the matter and all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the State Government in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction. With the aforesaid observations, present petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (M.S. Sonak,J.)
