In furtherance of the earlier Orders passed in the present Appeal, the learned APP today has produced on record a photocopy of the communication dated 16.09.2022 addressed to him and signed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison. It is stated therein that, the Appellant expired on 13.09.2016 at General Hospital, Nashik while undergoing sentence. The said communication is taken on record.
