Parties jointly state that the dispute arose on account of property in the family. Pending civil suits are already disposed of as amicably settled. In so far as initiation of the criminal action is concerned, the complainant Amir Bano has already expired on 13/7/2017 and her daughter is respondent no. 2 in Criminal Application No. 1147 of 2018.

4.

Perusal of the orders dated 21/3/2017 passed in Suit No. 295 of 2009 shows that there consent terms were taken on record and the civil suit was disposed of. The consent terms form part of this order dated 21/3/2017.

5.

In view of this development and joint request made, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in Criminal Application No. 1147 of 2018 and Application No. 321 of 2018. (SMT. S.S. JADHAV, J.) (B.P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.) * Corrected as per speaking to minutes Order dated 26/11/2019 & 12/12/2019. nilegaonkar 2/2
