Mr. Singh, the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the communications, which are Annexre 'A' and 'B' to the Affidavit filed by Mr. Pramod Dadaram Arekar, Vice President of the Petitioner - Society, the grievance of the Petitioner stands satisfied and, as such, the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. 2.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

Needless to state that if the occasion arises then the Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again. 4.

Rule disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
