It is submitted that after the writ petition is fled by the petitioner, the Committee has called the petitioner for hearing today. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has fled the matter only on 29th September 2022 seeking validity of his caste certifcate.

We cannot help such a litigant, who sits over his right. The petitioner should have fled the proceedings much earlier.

If the Committee has called the petitioner for hearing, the petitioner may appear before the Committee. We are not aware whether the vigilance is conducted as yet or not We may only say that the Committee may endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously as petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to professional course. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
