By this Writ Petition, the petitioners seek quashing of C.R. No. 258 of 2014 registered with the Trombay Police Station, as against the Petitioners. The offence alleged in the said C.R. is under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of this Petition, the petitioners were acquitted after a full fledged trial.
