Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant husband challenges the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2009 passed by the Family Court No.2 Pune in P.A.No.280/2005 u/s.26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for custody of a child Mast. Ritvik, born on 30.10.1994.

The learned counsel for the Appellant fairly concedes that the Appellant's son Mast. Ritvik who was born on 30.10.1994 has now become major as per Section 4(a) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956.
