After this writ petition was argued for some time, Mr. Bansode, in the presence of the petitioner and after taking instructions from him, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Collector, District Solapur, with a request to issue appropriate licences in terms of The Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
