Petition bearing P.A. No. 1433 of 2014 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Pune is transferred to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane.

ii.

Criminal Misc. Application No. 41 of 2015 pending before the 3 rd Jt. CJJD

Nitin 2 / 2 913-MCA-291-2015.sxw and JMFC, Kalyan is transferred to the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane.

V.A. No. 151 of 2015 pending before 3 rd Jt. CJJD and JMFC, Kalyan is transferred to the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane. iv.

Marriage Petition No. 1195 of 2015 pending before the 5 th Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is transferred to the file of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane.

The aforesaid matters are hereby expedited and the learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of one year from the date of appearance of the parties before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane. vi.

The Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in P.

W.D.

V.A. No. 151 of 2015 are at liberty to file necessary Applications before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane, permitting them to appear through Video Conferencing. vii.

The parties to appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane on 15 th July, 2017. No fresh notice shall be served. viii.

The above Applications are accordingly disposed off. ix.
