This is an application for modification in respect of the conditions imposed while granting bail vide order dated 12/6/2018. The applicant herein was arrested on 3/10/2016 in Crime No. 263 of 2016 for offence punishable under section 307, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 506 read with section 149 and 120(B), 109, 117 of the Indian Penal Code. After filing of the charge-sheet, this Court vide order dated 12/6/2018 had directed the applicant to be enlarged on bail. At the time of granting bail, certain conditions were imposed upon the applicant. The applicant was directed not to reside in Taluka Mohol till the conclusion of the trial. As on today, charge is framed. In any case, it is a peculiar case of political rivalry. The applicant was enlarged on bail practically after 2 years of his arrest. The applicant has abided by the said conditions. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Talwalkar

Considering the period, applicant was in jail and the fact that he has abided by the conditions, the conditions need to be modified. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant shall report to Mohol Taluka Police Station on every Saturday between 10 a.m,. to 12.30 noon till the framing of charge and thereafter report to the Court on every stipulated date.
