By this civil application the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing civil application and restoration of writ petition. The delay is of 117 days. We find the same has been satisfactory explanation. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. 2.

We have also heard the learned counsel for the applicant on merits of civil application. For the reasons stated in the Habeeb 1/2

12.caw.599.17.doc application, we find that there was sufficient cause for noncompliance of the peremptory order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) within time. In the circumstances, we allow the application and order restoration of Writ Petition (st) No. 16104/2015. The defects be removed within six weeks. 3.
