Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application the applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in the writ petition in terms of Schedule of amendment annexed at Exhibit M & N to the application.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.

Hence, the following order.

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the above mentioned Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule of Amendment annexed at Exhibit "M" and Exhibit "N".

b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 07/12/2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stands dismissed without referring back to the Court.

c) If amendment is carried out within time, applicant shall serve on other side amended copy of the petition on or before 13/12/2019.

d) Liberty granted to the respondents, if they so desire, to file Additional Affidavit in reply to the amended Writ Petition on or before 10/01/2020 with 2/3

copy to other side.

e) The Writ Petition to appear on board on 20/01/2020.

f) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
