P.C:- This Civil Application seeks liberty to carry out amendments in terms of the schedule, annexed thereto. This Petition is awaiting admission.
Mr. Shetty, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 has no objection to the Civil Application being allowed without prejudice to its right and contentions. This is particularly so in view of the fact that the Petition is awaiting admission. The proposed amendments only seek to bring on record events subsequent to filing of this Petition. S.R.JOSHI
caw-2803-2016 On the other hand, the Petitioner states that it does not accept/ admit the allegations made in the Affidavit in Reply to the present Civil Application by Respondent No.1. In fact, as the Respondent No.1 has consented to the amendments, the Petitioner is not filing its affidavit in rejoinder.
All contentions on merits, are kept open on both sides. Amendments to be carried out on or before 15th November, 2016. Amended copy to be served upon Respondents forthwith after carrying out the amendments.
