Leave to amend to correct the number of the petition in the prayer clause is granted.

The notice issued to the respondent on 29th January, 2014 was limited to finding out the reasonable amount payable by the respondent to the applicant for her visits to the court at Alibag to attend to the matrimonial petition. The court is informed that one way ticket for the travel to Alibag is Rs.245/-. This would mean that the expenses for the travel would be of around Rs.500/-. With an additional amount of Rs.250/- over and above the travel expenses

Dusane 2/2 MCA243.2013 would be a reasonable amount to be paid to the applicant towards expenses of each visit. The application is therefore disposed off with a direction that the respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.750/- to the applicant for her each visit to the court at Alibag. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J.)
