Heard Ms Shah, learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

Ms Shah states that the sole petitioner has expired on 07.11.2014 and one of his heirs namely, the daughter of the petitioner Ms Ispita Muranjan is present in the Court. She has tendered the photocopy of driving licence issued by Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Department. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. She further states that the matter is amicably resolved between the parties. She has, therefore, instructions to withdraw this Petition. 3.
