Present Petition is filed through jail.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that he may be released by furnishing cash security of Rs.15,000/- instead of submitting sureties in that behalf.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has been directed to be released on bail by the learned Single Judge of this Court by its Order dated 12th July 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3077 of 2018. Condition No.1 of the said Order reads as under : "(i)The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount."

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, there is nobody to help him outside the jail and therefore he is unable to furnish sureties in the like amount of Rs.15,000/-. That, though this Court had directed him to be released on bail by its Order dated 12th July 2019, for want of help or assistance he is still languishing in jail.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, we are inclined to permit the Petitioner to be released on bail on his furnishing cash bail of Rs.15,000/- along with Personal Release Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. Condition No.1 of Order dated 12th July 2019 is modified to that extent.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to forward this Order to the Superintendent, Thane Central Prison, Thane wherein the Petitioner has been lodged.
