By this application, applicant prays that the Respondent (Commissioner of Police-11) be directed to provide adequate police protection as required by the Court Receiver for the purpose of demolition of unauthorized structure in possession of plaintiffs viz. Manoj Mishra and Ravindra Mishra in BCCC Suit No.2330 of 2013 (Dindoshi) or any other person or persons in possession of the said unauthorized structure on the suitable date to be fixed by Shiv

Heard learned Advocate for applicant, learned AGP for respondent-State.

Learned AGP has placed on record, a copy of communication/letter dated 23/10/2023 of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) and Joint Commissioner (Law and Order) by which police protection as requisitioned by the Court Receiver is provided. The said letter is marked "X" for identification. Since grievance of applicant is redressed, application is disposed of.
