The Appellant No.2 has filed this Interim Application No.17929 of 2023 for deleting the name of Appellant No.1 from the cause title.

On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the Appellant No.1 Manubai Baburao Nirmal is reported to be dead on 06/08/2023. The Respondent Nos.2 to 6 are the only legal heirs and representatives of the deceased Appellant No.1. Therefore, the Appellant prays to delete the name of Appellant No.1 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application and Interim Application (Delay). In such circumstances, Interim Application No.17929 of 2023 is allowed.

The Appellant is permitted to delete the name of Appellant No.1 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application and Interim Application No.15155 of 2023 (Delay) by adding the word delete (since deceased). The Appilcant shall carry out amendment within 14 days (excluding Christmas Vacation).
