Nobody for the petitioners. Learned APP for respondent no.1 pointed out that chargesheet in Sessions Case No.478 of 2014 and Sessions Case No.35 of 2015 are questioned in the present petition and there are no interim orders operating. 2.

Petition is filed in July, 2018 and circulation was obtained for the first time on 08/02/2019. Matter was before this court on 15/02/2019 when the applicants took adjournment. 3.

In this situation, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
