The learned APP upon instructions states that his request for transfer to open prison was rejected. Second request is under consideration and Competent Authority viz. Deputy Inspector General, Prison, Southern Zone, Byculla will take appropriate decision upon it within reasonable time. With direction to said authority to take suitable decision in accordance with law on said request within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, we dismiss this petition. (SMT.
