This is an application for condonation of delay of 10 days caused in filing C.R.A. Mr. Vohra states that delay is not of 10 days but of 69 days.

Having regard to the fact that delay is of short duration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay in filing C.R.A. is condoned. The applicant shall remove the office objections within 4 weeks from today.
