Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned AGP for respondent nos. 1, 3 and 5. None for respondent nos. 2 and 4 though served.

The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of there being an order passed by the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane Exh. A as also an order passed by the Deputy Director dated 30/4/2015 Exh. E and the letter addressed to respondent no. 4 Exh. F sent by the Superintendent, Pay and

p10-wp-11793.2015.sxw Provident Fund Accounts department, Zilla Parishad, respondent no. 4 is not sending the proposal to the Education Officer (Respondent No. 5) in regard to the petitioner's claims. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid communications, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 4 to forward the petitioner's proposal for the claims in terms of the aforesaid communications to respondent no. 5 as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the said proposal from respondent no. 4 Education Officer-respondent no. 5 shall consider the petitioner's claim and shall pass appropriate orders in regard to the aforesaid claims within one month from the date of receipt of the proposal from respondent no. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. The other contentions and reliefs claimed in the petition in regard to the transfer are kept open.
