This application is moved by the State for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted by this Court on 21st March 2013 wherein the respondent-accused is involved in fraud to the amount of Rs. 99,95,810/- as she cheated many investors.

The learned prosecutor has submitted that as per the order dated 21st March 2013, the respondent-accused was directed to furnish surety of Rs. 15,000/- and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer and may report to the Investigating Officer as and when called. However, she did not comply with this condition passed by this Court.

This application for cancellation of bail is moved by the State. In this application, bailable warrant had issued against the respondent-accused on 20th November 2013.
However, her whereabouts were not known and she did not found. Hence, this Court again on 20th January 2014 had issued non bailable warrant to procure her presence. However, it was not executed about her whereabouts. Thereafter, on 7th April 2014, the specific directions were given by this Court to take proceedings under sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C in respect of the immovable property of the respondent-accused. It is informed by the learned prosecutor that the said proceedings are already taken.

The respondent-accused is also not present today before the Court. In view of this, application is allowed. The bail was granted by this Court on 21st March 2013 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 212 of 2013 is hereby cancelled.
