Petitioner, without availing the alternate remedy available at her disposal either by way of filing an Application for discharge or to contest the case, has directly invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to avail the said alternate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Leave and liberty granted.
